1. The famouse brand HQD water cooling spindle, adopt water cycle to cooling the spindle, so the cooling effect is very good. Almost no noise, long life.
2. We adopt the world famouse rail and guide manufacturer Taiwan Hiwin square rails, self-lubricating sliding block. This ensures equal force in all directions and accuracy and strength of the machine.
3. Leadshine stepper motor and driver, won't lose step when it work, guarantee the positional accuracy of the motor. Speed performance increased about 30%, improve the equipment speed heavily. Motor heat fell down 30%, prolong the life time of the motor.Vibration phenomenon significantly reduced, motor run more smoothly. Adopted the current control system technology, save power consumption.
4. Taiwan TBI ball screw, ball screw is widely used in all kind of engraving equipment and precision instruments. Suitable for classical annatto furniture and antique furniture carving processing, wood carving craft, gift box, such as mahogany casket products, inkstone head carved processing, decorative products carving art.
5. Rack transmission is through the precision rack control accuracy of gear drive a way of transmission of the equipment operation.
